Morris wrote several books including: "Evolution and Progression," "Lessons for the Masses," and his best known book "The Prophecies Unveiled or Prophecy, A Divine System" which was published in 1914 (by The Courier Press, Winfield, Kansas) and then republished by Old Paths Book Club in 1952. Morris also served at the editor of a religious paper titled, "Peoples Bible Advocate" which was published from 15 Aug 1924 until 1 February 1940. When Morris died his paper also died. "Alvin M. Morris did not die at his home in California. At the time of his death, he was engaged in a Bible Reading at the Van Brunt Blvd. Church of Christ in Kansas City, MO. The study had been a "protracted meeting" and he had been in the city for two months." "The Church of Christ no longer exists in Hale, but in the early part of the 1900's it was a thriving and active congregation, hosting Bible Studies by A. M. Morris, Daniel Sommer, D. Austen Sommer, E. M. Zerr, and many other noted evangelists." --via Jerry R. Stephens
