Funeral services for Orville Robert Aldridge, 70, who died Tuesday, December 31, 1973, in Wagoner Community Hospital, were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, in the Hersman Funeral Home Chapel here. Reverend Jim Palmer officiated with burial in Elmwood Cemetery.
Born August 18, 1903, in Columbus, Kansas, Mr. Aldridge came to Wagoner as a child and had lived here most of his life. He was a veteran of World War One.
Survivors include two brothers; L. L. "Bill" Aldridge and S. L. "Dick" Aldridge, both of Wagoner and two sisters; Elsie Boling of Carlyle, Arkansas, and Eva Scott of Selma, California.
