Crystal (Connie) May Terry, 88, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2009 in Brenham.

She was born to Robert and Augusta E. (Thompson) Constantine in Rumford, Maine on Oct. 9, 1921. Crystal married Charles E. Terry on Aug. 15, 1944 in Elkton, Md.

She was a longtime resident of Beeville and Kingsville and was a member of First Baptist Church in Beeville.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Robert Charles and Dave Edward Terry; and sister Betty Baird.

She is survived by her daughter, Sue Markos and husband Bob of Brenham; two sons, Mark A. Terry of Orange Grove and Steven W. Terry and wife Linda of College Station; two sisters, Jean Noyes of Maine and Hazel Gull of Maryland; one brother, Edwin Constantine of Vermont; and nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Visitation was Thursday at Galloway & Sons Chapel in Beeville.

Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 30, 2009 at 1 p.m. at Galloway & Sons Chapel.

Interment followed at Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery in Kingsville at 3:30 p.m.
