Funeral services for Lima resident Vera Lee Berry, 80, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Saturday at First Baptist Church, Wetumka.

Rev. Wilmer Cooper, of First Baptist Church, Lima, will officiate. Interment will follow at Wisner Chapel under the direction of Myers Mortuary, Wewoka.

Berry died Monday, March 1, 1999 in Oklahoma City.

She was born March 12, 1918 in Okfuskee County.

Berry lived in Seminole County for 46 years.

Berry was a home health provider and a member of the First Baptist Church of Lima.

She married Jack Berry; he survives her of the home.

Other survivors include six daughters, Rosetta Berry, Wanda Jones and Deaner Berry, all of Oklahoma City, Cora Brown, Grand Prairie, Texas, Neola Jackson, Lima and Jackie Stroud, Wewoka; eight sons, Sam Berry, Holdenville, Kenneth Berry, Lima, Donnie and Earl Berry, Shawnee, Jackie A. Berry, Wewoka, Carl Berry, Spencer, Royce Berry, Brooksville and Benjamin Berry, Lima; one sister, Tennie Bell, Wetumka, 33 grandchildren and 47 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are listed as grandsons, Jeroid Berry, Mike Berry, Darnell Berry, Auther Lee Barry, Barnard Berry and Otis Berry.
