WEST LAFAYETTE -- Maggie Marie Eckelberry, 80, of 52970 TR 505, West Lafayette, died Sunday, Feb. 15, 2004 at her residence.

Born Aug. 21, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Fred B. Larrick and Mary (Touvell) Larrick.

She was a homemaker.

She was a member of The Word Worship Center, Coshocton Senior Center and Buckeye State Sheriffs Association.

On Feb. 17, 1940, she married John Junior Eckelberry, who died Dec. 18, 1990.

Also preceding her in death were two grandchildren, five brothers and two sisters, as well as her parents.

Survivors include a son, John (Norma) Eckelberry of West Lafayette; two daughters, Martha Foreman of Brook Park, Ohio, and Nancy (Garland) Mitchem of Martinsburg; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services are at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 18, at Given-Dawson Funeral Home in West Lafayette, with Pastor Jim Gross officiating.

Burial will follow at Plainfield cemtery.

Calling hours are 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 17 at Given-Dawson Funeral Home in West Lafayette.
