EDITH P. LENGER
Edith P. Lenger, 94, of Hermann, died Saturday, March 21, 1992, at the Frene Valley Health Center in Hermann.
Funeral services, conducted by the Rev. James Elliott, were held this (Tuesday) afternoon at the Toedtmann-Grosse Funeral Home in Hermann, with interment in Oak Haven Memorial Gardens near Hermann.
Mrs. Lenger was born at Rhineland, January 11, 1898, the daughter of T. Bornman and wife, nee Ellen Doyle. She was married at Hermann, September 8, 1916, to Theodore Lenger, who died in 1966. Mrs. Lenger was a member of St. Marcus United Church of Christ at Rhineland and its Women's Fellowship. She was a housewife and homemaker.
Surviving are two daughters, Laverne Wagner of Hermann and Eileen Moynahan od Fort Wayne, Indiana; one son, Kermit Lenger of Warrenton; six grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Memorials to St. Marcus Cemetery or Missouri Eye Bank are suggested.
