Ada Rae Clark Williams 1932 ~ 2006

Ada "Rae" Williams passed away peacefully on November 26th after a several year battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis.

She was born April 5, 1932, the youngest of eight children to William Bissell and May Bell Clark in Springville, Utah.

Mother lived a good life, attending school in Springville.

She married Karl T Williams on July 31, 1949.

They lived their married years in Orem and were blessed with three children.

Together they built a cabin at Strawberry where they spent many years enjoying the peace and quiet of nature.

Karl passed away on January 5, 1980.

Mother worked as a Pink Lady at Utah Valley Hospital for several years.

She went to work at Wasatch Medical Center in Orem for 12 years.

Loving the medical field she went to work at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center where she was a secretary for the ICU and CCU units.

Mother was loved by all who knew her, and was always there to lend a hand when help was needed.

She had a wonderful group of friends.

They loved to travel and did so whenever the chance arose.

Surviving Rae are her three children, Ken (Nancy) Williams, Kathy (Joe) Robinson, and Pat (Dan) Erekson.

She is survived by a brother Lawrence, and a sister-in-law Norma Overly.

She was preceded in death by her husband Karl Williams, and brothers Billy and Glen Clark, sisters, Norma Larsen, Belle Mitchell, and Virginia Brady.

She is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a long time friend and companion Fred Lees of Provo.

The family wishes to thank the staff at Stonewood Manor in Orem for the love and care they gave to our mother these past 10 months.

We also wish to thank the staff of Alpine Home Health and Hospice, Sarah, her personal nurse and all others involved in seeing to the needs of mother.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 30th, at 1:00 p.m. at the Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary, 495 S. State Street in Orem.

A viewing will be held Wednesday, November 29th from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the mortuary and also Thursday one hour prior to the services.

Interment will be in the Provo City Cemetery.

Mother, we love you, we will miss you, and we will treasure the memories of our times together.
