Death of George Kuder
Geo. Kuder died Tuesday evening, June 9th, at the home of his son Monroe, after an illness of some six weeks duration, death being caused by complications. He was born in Pennsylvania in June 1830. His wife - who is very sick - and five children survive him. Four of the children live here. They are Monroe, Mrs. Daniel Harsh, Mrs. A. C. and B. W. Whitehall. One son, Frank, is an operator at Meadow Grove, Nebraska. The deceased had lived in Illinois, Iowa and South Dakota, coming to Douglas county some six years ago. The funeral services were conducted this (Thursday) afternoon from the Corbaley church. The Press joins the friends in extending sympathy to the bereaved family.
