"Thomson – Thomas Thomson, aged 78 passed away Thursday morning at the Doyle Sanitarium. He had been a resident of Grand Rapids for the past 40 years. He is survived by one son Charles P., a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Palmer, three grandchildren, two brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held at the home of his son, 1516 Turner Av., Saturday afternoon at 2 o'clock and at 2:30 at Scribner Avenue Baptist church. Internment at Greenwood cemetery."
