Mr. Daniels died Wednesday, Feb. 10, 1993, in Spearfish, S.D.
He was born June 11, 1948, in Lawrence to Robert and Bernice Hall Daniels. He graduated from Perry High School in 1960 and moved to Ottawa in 1972.
Mr. Daniels was an assistant manager for five years at Pacesetters in Kansas City, Mo. He had been self-employed in construction and carpentry, and he recently started work as a trucker for Our Own Hardware.
He was a member and trustee for two years of Aerie Lodge No. 2700 of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles in Ottawa. He attended the United Methodist Church.
He married Debbie A. Ball on Feb. 13, 1987, in Ottawa. She survives of the home.
Other survivors include his parents, of Ottawa; two sons, Jeffrey and Scott, both of Lawrence; two daughters, Amy Jo Daniels and Randi Montana Daniels, of the home; and a sister, Vicki McGalliard, Overland Park. A brother, Michael, died in 1968.
Friends may call after 1 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday. The family suggests memorials to the Daniels Children Educational Trust. Memorials may be sent in care of the funeral home.
