Elizabeth Wynn passed Sunday night, March 8, 2009. She resided in Chicago, IL for 68 years until her illness.

Elizabeth Wynn was born on February 5, 1922 to the late Joseph and Sallie Battle Wynn of La Vergne, TN.

Elizabeth graduated from the Rutherford Co. School System and graduate college from Tennessee State University. She worked as a Federal Librarian for the state of Illinois.

Elizabeth was a member of St. John Baptist Church in Chicago, IL. She was also a member of the Mission Organization and an active member of Sunday school until her health failed.

Ms. Wynn leaves to morn her passing, her Cousins Dorothy Mulkey of Nashville, TN, John L. Wynn of Nashville, TN, Shawney Wynn of Decatur, AL, Isiah (Mary) Kelley of La Vergne, TN, Myasthia (Anthony Sr.) Kelley Editone of Albany, GA, and Isiah F. Jr. (Irene) Kelley of Albany, GA.

Elizabeth Wynn's body will lie in state at SandHill Church of Christ, La Vergne, TN from 10 am to 12 Noon, March 13, 2009. Service will follow at 12 pm. Interment will follow at SandHill Cemetery. Rev. Allen Ridley Sr., Officiating.
