Mrs. Mary Edgington, 64-year-old former Slate Lick resident, died Friday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Sally M. Hablett of 324 Arthur St., Kittanning. Mrs. Edgington, widow of Charles S. Edginton, was a member of Grace Presbyterian Church, Kittanning, and of the Woman's Auxiliary of James Arthur Ashe (Kittanning) post of Veterans of Foreign Wars. She was born June 9, 1912 in North Buffalo Township, a daughter of Robert A. and Margaret (Lyons)Lardin. The retired practical nurse's surviving relatives are a son, Charles A. Edginton of Kittanning RD7; Mrs. Hablett; sisters Mrs. Allie Graham and Miss Anna Mary Lardin, both Tarentum; brothers Robert W. Lardin of Ford Cliff and John H. Lardin of Kittanning RD 7; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. A sister, Hannah, is deceased. EDGINGTON-Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Edgington, who died June 11, 1976, were conducted at 2 p.m. Monday by the Rev. Howard W. Edgar, area executive of the United Presbyterian Church, at F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home, S. McKean St. at Jacob, Kittanning. Burial was in Slate Lick cemetery. Arrangements by Snyder.
