Beth was born the daughter of Max and Betty (Atkinson) Whicker in Centerville, Iowa Beth graduated from Moravia High School in 1971. She married Dickie Lee Bitner in December 1972. He preceded her in death. Beth worked for Rubbbermaid in Centerville for fifteen years. She enjoyed watching scary movies, going to the Casinos, fishing and playing cards (pitch). Beth loved to have fun.
