First of Four Brothers in Pioneer Family Ill Only Few Days
Andrew A. Braun, 84, oldest among four sons in a pioneer Lorain family and brother of mayor E.A. Braun, died last night in St. Joseph's hospital after a brief illness.
He was admitted to the hospital yesterday. Infirmities attending old age were given as the cause of death.
His death was the first among the sons in the present generation of this family.
He was a grandson of one of Lorain's early settlers, who came here from Germany in 1844, and the son of Johannas Braun, who died at his home here Dec. 29, 1866.
Retired Mill Worker
The deceased was a retired employee of the National Tube Co., and lived at 527 Hamilton -av.
