Defiance Man's Rites to Be in Home Wednesday Afternoon. Funeral services for J. E. Linebrink, 63, who died Sunday at 4:45 P.M. at his home after being ill since March 1 with carcinoma will be conducted Wednesday at 2:30 P. M. in the residence, 907 Wayne Avenue, where the body will remain until after the rites. Rev. W. H. Huber, pastor of St. Paul's Methodist Episcopal church of which Mr. Linebrink was a lifelong member, will be in charge. Dr. B. F. Hofer, pastor of Zion's Lutheran church, will assist. Riverside cemetery will be the place of burial.

Mr. Linebrink was born in Tiffin Township. Since his marriage in 1906, he had lived in Defiance. For years he did carpentry and later was employed at the Defiance Milk Products company until ill health caused his retirement. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Myrtle Palm Linebrink; a daughter, Mrs. Harriet Foor, Everett, Pennsylvania; a son, Lester Linebrink, Marion, Ohio; two grandsons, Jackie Foor and Roger Linebrink; three brothers, William Linebrink, Paulding county, Walter Linebrink, Pioneer, Ohio, and Fred Linebrink, Defiance; and four sisters. Mrs. Emma Marckel, Adams township, Mrs. Erva Snellenbarger, Payne, Ohio, Mrs. Laura Fitzgerald, Evansport, Ohio, and Mrs. Celia Beers, Hillsdale, Michigan. A sister and two brothers preceded Mr. Linebrink in death.
