Jesse L.Woolever,80,died Sunday morning at his home,1134 Lehigh street,after a week's illness.He was born on Nov 11,1864, at Rocksburg,N.J., sonof the late Phillip and Emeline Dalrymple Woolever. His wife,Mrs.Mary Werkheiser Woolever, survives,with three sisters;Mrs.Catherine Sterner,of Chester,and Mrs.Mary Weidnor,Wilson Borough.He was a member of Brotherhood of Railroad Signalman and the Lutheran Congregation at three Churches,Martin's Creek.He retired from active work 12 years ago.For 45 years he lived in Easton,and resided on Lehigh street for 30 years.

Easton Funeral of J.L.Woolever

The funeral of Jesse L.Woolever,who died at his residence,1134 Lehigh street,Sunday morning,was held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Bender funeral home.Lehigh and Tenth street. The Rev.Philip H.Pearson,of Trinity Lutheran Church,Martin's Creek,conducted the services and interment was in Arnd't Church cemetery.Pallbearere were: Lester E.,Harold F.,and Paul Dech,Howard W.Buss,Jesse W.Woolever and Paul F.Miers.
