Nancy Vida Pickles, age 84, passed away Thursday in the Madison hospital after a long illness.
She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Newton Albritton. Her husband the late W. M. Pickles died in 1935.
Mrs. Pickles was a member of the Church of Christ.
Surviving are six daughters, Mrs. S. A. Lamb, Sr., Mrs. Albert Williams, Mrs. Roy Wainwright and Mrs. Kenneth Burnett, all four of Madison, Mrs. Floree Garrett of Gainesville and Mrs. Carl Newsome of Mobile, AL; two sons, Chandler H. Pickles of Palatka and Arthur W. Pickles of Jacksonville; twenty grandchildren and forty great-grandchildren plus two brothers, Ben Albritton and George Albritton both of Madison.
Funeral services were held Friday at Beggs Funeral Home with interment in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
