Miss Edith Nugent, 78, of Oklahoma City, died Wednesday December 1, 1969 in Mercy Hospital, in Oklahoma City. Services were at 2 p.m. Saturday December 4 in the Britton Assembly of God Church, followed by burial in the Crescent Cemetery, Crescent, Oklahoma.
She was born April 6, 1887 at Lake Preston, SD.; came to Oklahoma Territory many years ago and had lived in Oklahoma City since about 1915. She was an employee of the Oklahoma City Y.M.C.A. for 35 years prior to retirement.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. Nora Peters, Holdenville, and Mrs. Emma Williams, Glendale, Calif., and a great many nieces and nephews.
