BLAIR, JC, loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, has made his heavenly journey on October 20, 2009.

As living proof of God's power to change a life, "Papa J" displayed a powerful influence and godly example to all he met. He was born to Burl and Evie Blair in Altus, Oklahoma on June 11, 1927, the second of 11 brothers and sisters.

JC is survived by his best friend and loving wife of 61 years, Wanda; his three children, Derrell Blair (Julaine), Sheryl Blair, Terry Blair (Nancy); five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, five brothers, three sisters, numerous nephews and nieces and many loving friends.

He retired from Magma Copper Co. after 31 years. Throughout his life he taught by example how to enjoy life, care for others, love your family and live for God. Thanks Dad for being such an example and a godly man.
