OBITUARY
Lisa Ruth Barnett, age 44, Middlesboro, KY passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009 at University of Kentucky Hospital. She was born on January 22, 1965. She believed in the Holiness Faith and was a member of "The Church of the First Born."

She was preceded in death by her loving mother, Ruth Barnett; three brothers: James R. Barnett, Daniel Barnett and Otis Barnett; and one sister: Wanda King.

Survivors include her precious father, The Rev. James O. Barnett, two brothers: Joe Barnett and Lee Roy Barnett; two sisters, Penny Barnett and Phyllis Smith; one sister-in-law, Sherry Barnett; one brother-in-law, Tommy Smith; five loving children whom she loved dearly, Travis Hoskins, Lloyd "Dinkie" Hibbard, Stevie Hoskins, Ricky Hoskins, and Mark Hoskins; two special daughter-in-laws: Adrienne Hoskins and Amy Hibbard; 11 grandchildren and a host of family and friends who love and will miss her greatly.

Funeral service will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, October 25, 2009 at The Church of the First Born with Rev. Tim Huddleston, Rev. Earl Brooks, Rev. Danny Cody and Deacon Glenn Raines officiating. Music will be provided by Church of the First Born Choir.

Burial will be in the Oakview Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gary Hooker, Heath Good, Joseph Mitchell Mitchell Mayes, Jimmy Sweat, and Vance Michael. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2009 at the Church of the First Born, Middlesboro, KY.
