Zelma Eliza Day Lloyd, age 92, died January 25, 1997.

She was born July 15, 1904 in Circleville to Thomas Clark and Annie E. Berry Day. She married Otto L. Lloyd October 2, 1920, later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Zelma was a Jr. High school lunch cook for many years. She was well known for her lovely handwork and her participation in the fairs as an exhibitor and judge. Active member of the LDS Church, she especially loved children.

She is survived by four children, Dolores (Jim) Zobell, Doyle (Carol) Lloyd, Roosevelt; Howard (Maxine) Lloyd, Mendon; Garn (Jeanelle) Lloyd, Springville; 25 grandchildren; 92 great-grandchildren and 48 great-great-grandchildren and several step grand, great, and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, 11 a.m. at the Roosevelt LDS 1st Ward Chapel. Friends may call at the Hullinger Olpin Mortuary Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. and Wednesday at the church from 10-10:45 a.m. Burial in the Ioka Cemetery.
