Funeral services for Beverly Cecile Strange age 66, of Brownsboro, are scheduled for 3:00 pm Monday, October 26, 2009 at St. Pius X Catholic Church in Ragley, LA. with Mons. Dubois officiating. Burial will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, Ragley, LA. Services are under the direction of Autry Funeral Home, Frankston.
Ms. Strange passed away Thursday, October 22, 2009 in Tyler. She was born June 6, 1943 in Lafayette, LA to John M. Strange, Sr. and Edlouise Ducharme Strange. Ms. Strange was a Catholic and a bookkeeper for a construction contractor.
She is preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include brothers John M. Strange, Jr. and wife Shirley of Bushnell, FL and Bill Strange and wife Joy of Brownsboro; sisters Patty Marie Guerringer and husband Jerry of Pitkin, LA, Louise Vidrine and husband Wayne of Eunice, LA, Peggy Dickerson of Pearland, TX and Ruby Colley Hilburn and husband Cliff of Rusk, TX; numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be her nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Sunday, October 25, 2009 at Autry Funeral Home, Frankston.
The family will also receive friends at 2:30 pm Monday, October 26, 2009 at St. Pius Catholic Church, Ragley, LA.
