Anna Pelnar worked for the Reiniger Family as a domestic while they were in Kelly Lake, Wisconsin. They liked her so well, they got permission to take her back to Chicago with them to continue working as their housemaid and whatever. I believe the Renigers were either friends or relatives of the Esenthers. The Esenthers were related to the Poraks & Anna met Steve through that chain.
