Kaye was born September 15, 1948, and grew up in Denver, N.C., where she graduated from Rock Springs High School. On the campus of East Carolina College in Greenville, she met Greg Anderson, who would quickly become the love of her life. They were married on June 4, 1967, and have lived in Greenville and Pitt County since that time.
After the birth of her second child, Kaye found her calling in child care, and has been the owner and operator of Tomorrow's World, Inc. Child Care Center for over 20 years.
