Pansy Mullins, 87, 325 N.E. Sixth St. Abilene, died January 16, 1993, at Memorial Hospital, Abilene.
She was born December 15, 1905, in Olive Hill., the daughter of William and Hattie Owens Littleton.
She grew up in Kentucky and West Virginia where she attended school. On September 23, 1926, she married Sam Mullins in Beckley, W.Va., and all of their married life was spent in Kentucky-West Virginia area. He died in 1983, and in 1989, she moved to Abilene to make her home with her daughter, Marcellene Stoneberger, who survives.
She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Two sons, Charles Eugene Mullins and Ben W. Mullins, three brothers and two sisters also preeded her in death.
Surviving with her daughter are two other daughters, Mary Salcedo and Linda Palacious, both of Mesquite, TX., four sons, Jerry Mullins, Todd Mullins, Ray Mullins and Tandy Mullins, all of Hitchins, Ky., two sisters, Corrine Gambill and Pauline Chambers, both of Jacksonville, Fla., 21 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many other relatives.
The funeral will be held Wednesday, 2 p.m. at the Coalton Community Church, Coalton, Ky. Burial will be in Coalton Cemetery.
The Martin-Becker Funeral Home, Abilene, is in charge of local arrangments.
