James P. "Jack" Adams, 73, Eustis and formerly of Arcadia, died April 16, 1999.
He was born in Atlanta and came to Eustis from Arcadia 42 years ago. He was a former ranch manager with E. K. Ranch of Pine Lakes, and a job supervisor with Dura-Stress from 1978 to 1997.
Survivors include his wife, Hulda; two daughters, Linda Colley of Lakeland and Deborah Ryon of Umatilla; two brothers, Buddy of Fort Pierce and John of Sarasota; two sisters, Betty Dabert of Ocala and Nancy Holman of Fayetteville, Tenn.; and six grandchildren.
The service will be 2 p.m. today at Grand Island Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Lakeside Memory Gardens, Eustis, where Harden Pauli Funeral Home is in charge.
