The Rev. Ethan Goode officiated. Burial was in the Nanih Waiya Mennonite Cemetery in Neshoba County under the direction of Milling Funeral Home.
Mr. Frazier died Thursday, May 9 in Jeff Anderson Hospital in Meridian.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Millie Tubby; and one son, Almon Wallace.
He is survived by four daughters, Bobbie Jean Dixon, Clara Cotton, Colleen Mingo and Joanne Wallace, all of Philadelphia; and three sons, James Luke Frazier of Noxapater, Don Ray Frazier and Randall Frazier, both of Philadelphia; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister, Winchy Bell of Ripley, Tenn., and a brother, Nephus Willis of Philadelphia.
