DIED AFTER VERY BRIEF ILLNESS

Miles W. Driver of Eagle Creek, Dies at Carrollton, Ga.

Miles W. Driver, of Eagle Creek, died last Monday at Carrollton, Ga., after an illness of only a few days. Mr. Driver was on a visit to his sister, Mrs. John Johnson, who had been sick for some time, and died soon after he arrived there.

In a short time after Mr. Driver arrived at Carrollton, he was taken suddenly ill with pneumonia. His family was notified of his serious illness and Mrs. Driver and son, John L., left last Saturday and reach Mr. Driver only a few hours before he died. His remains reached here Wednesday, but too late for us to give any details of the funeral and burial.

No better citizen than Miles Driver lived in DeKalb county. A good neighbor, christian gentleman. He leaves a wife and a large family of children and other relatives who are grief stricken on account of the death of Mr. Driver.
