Arthur E. Ruston, 74, of Ozark, brother of Betty Plugge of Hartman, died Saturday, Feb. 23, 2002, at Ozark Nursing Home. He was a World War II Army veteran, a retired 32-year employee of Arkhola Sand and Gravel, native of Ozark, son of the late C. T. and Dora Almond Parrish, and was preceded in death by his wife, Jean; and one son, Lloyd.
Survivors include one daughter, Alice Mainini of Tahlequah, Okla.; one stepdaughter, Sue Chiolino of Russellville; one son, David (Red) Ruston of Ozark; one other sister, Odell Jones of Vicksburg, Miss.; two grandchildren, Bronson Ruston and Jill Millsap, both of Ozark; and one great-grandchild, Johnathan Millsap. Graveside services and burial were at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 25, at the Cecil Cemetery with Rev. Gerald Parrish officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of Shaffer Funeral Home of Ozark.
Pallbearers were Joe McClellan Sr., Danny Jones, Dale Harris, Bud Turk, Jim McClellan, and Frank Medlock
