DRY FORK CANYON--A 60-year-old man died Wednesday afternoon when a bulldozer he was driving collapsed through an underground building.

The Uintah County Sheriff's Office identified the victim as Ivan A. Merrell, who was pronounced dead at Ashley Medical Center. The accident occurred about 4 p.m. at 3000 North Dry Fork Road, according to the Sheriff's report.
