Eva Byrd, 78, of China TX, Died Thursday November 16, 2005 at Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in Beaumont. Graveside service will be held Friday November 18, 2005 at 2:00P.M. At Memory Garden cemetery in Nederland. A Native of Gueydan, Louisiana, she lived in China and was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, R.J. Byrd Jr. and son, Emile Adams.
Survivors include son; Larry Adams of Vidor; daughters Barbara Stephenson of China, Lucy Coots of Silsbee; brothers; Gilford Abshire of Vidor and Wallace Cormier of California; Sister, Leona Mott of Lake Arthur, Louisiana; 8 Grandchildren; 9 Great-grandchildren; and 2 Great great-grandchildren.
