Theodore Joseph Banovitz, 72, died at home after a long illness. A native of Durhamville NY, he lived in Fairfield CA for 29 years. He served in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 1959 at the rank of lieutenant colonel. He was a member of the Retired Officers Association, Air Force Association, and the American Legion.
He is survived by two daughters, four sons, and six grandchildren.
