Born December 8, 1962 in East St. Louis, Illinois he was employed as an electrical supervisor for Mac Steel Service Center USA in Civic, Ohio.
He was a member of Moose Lodge #501 and Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by his father, Maurice Kay Fulkerson of Louisiana; mother, Norma Jean (Wright) Sheppard of Salem, Illinois; grandmothers, Mary Alice Wright and Bernese Fulkerson, both of Salem, Illinois.
He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Joseph Wright and John Fulkerson.
Visitation 6-8 p.m., Friday, July 27 at the Rogers-Atkins Funeral Home in Salem, Illinois, with Masonic Services by Marion Lodge #130 at 7:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 28 at the funeral home, with burial in Paradise Cemetery in Salem, Illinois.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shriners Hospital for Children. He is loved and will be missed by many.
