Rebecca Lynn Ashton, 26, died April 25, 2007 at Hutchinson Hospital. She was born August 19, 1980 in Duarte, CA, to Debra Willis and Larry Buchanan.
She was a 1998 graduate of Nickerson High School. She was attending Hutchinson Community College and was working at Disability Support. She was a Girl Scout Leader for Troop 175, Hutchinson.
She married Michael Jay Ashton on July 26, 2003 in South Hutchinson. He survives.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday at The Father's House, Hutchinson, with Pastor Quintin Moore presiding.
Burial will follow at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson.
