Mr. Thomas William Arnhart, 81 of Conway died Saturday, October 10, 2009 in Little Rock, AR. Mr. Arnhart was born November 11, 1927 in Crabtree, AR to the late Samuel and Ina (Couch) Arnhart. Thomas is also preceded in death by his wife, Florence and five brothers and three sisters.

Thomas served in the US Air Force during WWII, the Korean Conflict and Vietnam. He was stationed in California, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, Alaska, Kansas, and outside the US, in the Philippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, and Greenland, retiring as SMSGT. He saw the world, but loved Arkansas. After retiring from the Air Force, he worked for Sears in appliance service. He was "Mr. Fix-it" for his family. He was a master gardener and great cook. He enjoyed genealogy. He rediscovered and re-established Arnhart Cemetery.

Mr. Arnhart is survived by children Thomas S. Arnhart and wife Jeanette of Rogers, David W. Arnhart and wife Lisa of Albuquerque, NM, Nina Tancredi and husband Louis of Wayne, PA, Lucille Mulkern of Beebe, AR, and Carol Ann Sayer and husband Jim of Bakersfield, CA; grandchildren Jennifer Petrolati-Shepski, Amy Petrolati, Sarah Bull, Alexandra Arnhart, Cassandra Arnhart, Camber Alison Arnhart, and Mary Catherine Lucille Arnhart; great-grandchildren Cash Shepski, Maybelle Shepski, Natalie Bull and Aunika Bull; and brother Vernal B. Arnhart of Benton City, WA.
