Andy Adkins, 46, of Midkiff, died August 27, 1994, at Cabell Huntington Hospital. He was a carpenter and a member of Pine Grove United Methodist Church.
Surviving: wife, Verna; parents, Willard and Pansey Adkins of West Hamlin; sisters, Violet Adkins of Midkiff, Anna Jean Richmond of Palermo, Icylene Hale of East Lynn, Ruby Adkins of West Hamlin; brothers, Clarence of West Hamlin, Dorsey of Hamlin, Dow of Midkiff. Service was held Tuesday at the McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, with the Rev Paul Stephens and Farm Nelson officiating. Burial was in Lovejoy Cemetery, Palermo.
