Tina Maria Hooper was born prematurely along with her two siblings Tony and Terry on January 5, 1966 at Mid-State Baptist Hospital in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee, and the was the 1st to died at only 12 hours old. Tony died at 18 hours old, and Terry died at a little more than 2 days of age. There are now memorials in place for Tony and for Terry, and this memorial should actually be solely for Tina.
