Graveside rites for Eddie Wilson, 85, of Vancleave, were held June 19 at 10 a m at Byrd Cemetery.
He was born in Jackson County and was a member of the Methodist faith. He died June 17, 1996 in Ocean Springs Hospital.
Survivors are his wife, Ervie B. Wilson; a daughter, Colene Cain; two sons Lloyd Wilson and Jerry Wilson, and a sister, Robena Harper, all of Vancleave, Miss.
Also surviving are 13 grandchildren; Michael Wilson, John D. Wilson, Felicia D. Wilson, Cindy Clark, Lee Cain, James Cain, Glen Cain, Marty Wilson, Renea Watson, Stacy Shumock, Craig Wilson, Deloise Wilson and Tony Wilson. And
18 great grandchildren.
Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by a son, Ottis L. Wilson.
Services were conducted by Rev Burnice Havard.
Pallbearers were Michael Wilson, Lee Cain, Glen Cain, Craig Wilson, John D. Wilson, James Cain, Marty Wilson and Tony Wilson.
George County Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
