Mrs. William Looper
Easley -- Mrs. Elizabeth Hester Looper, 60, of Rt. 5, Easley, Mount Carmel community, widow of William Anderson Looper, died Wednesday.
Born in Anderson County, daughter of the late James F. and Essie Moon Hester, she was a member of Mount Carmel Baptist Church.
Surviving are five sons, Joe A. and David E. Looper of Easley, Jim L. Looper of Greenville, Jerry and Tommy Looper of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Moore and Mrs. Betty Wilson of Piedmont and Miss Barbara Ann Looper ; a brother , James Hester of Greenville; two sisters, Mrs. Ray Taylor and Mrs. Lois Batson of Greenville; and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 am Friday at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
The body is at Robinson Funeral Home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 9 pm Thursday and will be placed in the church at 10:30 am Friday.
The family is at the home of David E. Looper, Rt. 5, Easley, Mount Carmel Community.
