She was born December 4, 1917, in Palmyra; the daughter of the late Charles and Emma (Yoh) Fidler, and was the widow of George W. Staller.
She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Congregational Church and its Helping Hands Sunday School Class.
Surviving are her son, George E. Staller, wife, Audrey, of Texas; daughter, Nelda A. Wachtman, husband, Gary, of Harrisburg; 4 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Homeland Center for their loving care extended to Joy during the past nine years.
A viewing will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, October 20, 2009 followed by the funeral services at 11 a.m., in the Neill Funeral Home, 3501 Derry Street, Harrisburg. Burial will be in Hershey Cemetery.
