Ralph A. Frisbey Sr., 78, Great Falls, Mont., formerly of this area, died Jan. 2, 1993, at a hospital in Great Falls. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. today at the Malmstrom Air Force Base chapel, Great Falls; cremation. The family suggests contributions to the American Diabetes Association. Mr. Frisbey was born in Kansas City and moved to Great Falls 32 years ago. He served in the Navy for 26 years, retiring in 1960. He then was an air traffic controller at Great Falls International Airport, retiring in 1976. He was a pilot and flight instructor at the Great Falls Flight Service Station. He was a member of Great Falls Civil Air Patrol and the Malibu (Calif.) Fliers Association. He was a veteran of Wor ld War II and the Korean War. Survivors include his wife, Marion Frisbey of the home; four sons, Ralph Frisbey Jr., Missoula, Mont., Robert Frisbey, Livingston, Mont., Mark Frisbey, Idaho Falls, Idaho, and Ray Frisbey, Fort Hood, Texas; four daughters, Beverly Allen, Kent, Wash., Susan Parker and Lynn Neumann of Great Falls and Mary Wyatt, Tyler, Texas; a brother, John Frisbey, Independence; three sisters, Mabel Hines and Vera Kramer of Independence and Georgia Hutcheson, Andover, Kan.; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
