Christine Lynn Reid, age 48, of Owosso, MI passed away Sunday, October 11, 2009 at Memorial Healthcare Center in Owosso.
Funeral Services will be held at Smith Family Funeral Homes, Corunna Chapel, Corunna, MI on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 at 6:00 P.M., Rev. David R. Strobe will officiate. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 from 4-6 P.M. at Smith Family Funeral Homes.
Christine was born in Columbus, Ohio on December 8, 1960, the daughter of Sam and Carol (Mauger) Massara. She graduated from Bishop Watterson High School in Columbus, Ohio with the class of 1978. Christine married Tim Reid in Corunna on August 11, 2001. She worked as the office manager for Dr. Strange's family dentistry for several years. Christine enjoyed spending time with her boys, going on vacation, taking cruises, exercising and her dogs Calee and Casey. She resided most of her life in the Columbus, Ohio and Owosso areas.
She is survived by her husband Tim Reid of Owosso, MI, 2 sons; Sam Miller of Corunna, MI and Josh Miller of Columbus, OH, step son Tyler Reid of Owosso, MI, her mother Carol Massara of Columbus, OH, 2 brothers; Mark and Karen Massara of Columbus, OH, and Mike and Maureen Massara of Naples, FL, her in-laws Bill and Fran Reid of Corunna, MI, brother-in-law John and Christie Reid, sister-in-law Teri and Rick VanHorn and several nieces and nephews. She was a predeceased by her father in 1994.
