Minnie was the daughter of William Reid, she first married Robert Ledbetter, and then Alexander Hudgins.

Her memorial at Tabernacle Cemetery states Minnie Ledbetter but her last husband was Alexander Hudgins but the Hudgins name is not on the tombstone. Her death certificate states she died as Minnie Hudgins and was buried either in Black Mountain or in Dome NC in the Old Field Cemetery. I feel someone decided to put her a marker at Tabernacle Cemetery and for some reason left out her maiden name (Reid) and her name at time of death (Hudgins). She may well not even be buried at Tabernacle and rests in the Old Field Cemetery.
