Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 17, at the Chapel of Ray Funeral Home with Reverend Bruce Martin and Reverend John Atkins officiating. Interment will follow in Mayodan Municipal Cemetery.
Mrs. Wilson was born in Rockingham County on October 18, 1958, to the late James Walter "Shine" Joyce Jr. and Phyllis J. Joyce of Mayodan. She was a graduate of Madison-Mayodan High School and was a former employee for the Town of Madison. She attended Mayodan Pentecostal Holiness Church.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, David Leon Wilson.
In addition to her mother she is survived by her son, Cam Wilson and Danielle Hudson; daughter, Carla Wilson and Chris Dunn, all of Mayodan; four grandchildren, Dakota Reeves, Braden Reeves, Bridgette Dunn, and Savannah Hudson.
