His death certificate lists his burial place as Green-Wood Cemetery, but his name isn't in the Green-Wood burial database. By coincidence there's a Benjamin Drake, M.D., buried on the day Dr. Sparr died on June 7, 1871 in Lot 1980, Section 56. Dr. Drake is listed in New York City Municipal Deaths as dying on Jan. 11, 1871, so Drake can't be a misreading of Sparr.
