ROWLAND, Malcolm Hugh, 79, of Macon, died Saturday, May 9, 1998. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Macon Memorial Park with the Rev. David Hunter officiating. An Army veteran of World War II, he was retired from Bibb Manufacturing Co. He was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He was the son of the late Henry and Maude Mathews Rowland. Survivors include his wife, Paulette Rowland of Macon; daughter, son-in-law, and grandson of Macon; and brother, Albert Rowland of Byron. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 tonight in Ingleside Memorial Chapel, and may be contacted at the family residence. Ingleside Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
