During WWII, PFC Sutton was a member of Co. K, 311th Infantry, 78th Division and served in the European Theater.

SUTTON BERNARD "BUD"
Age 83 of Upper St Clair on October 11, 2009.
Beloved husband of Josephine. Son of the late Bernard and Grace Sutton. Loving father of Linda, Tim and Pattie. Grandfather of Ben, Meghan, Austin, Mason, Adam, Jeremy and Brian. Brother of Jean Sweeney, Dorothy Martin, Lois Halligan and James Sutton.

Bud was a graduate of Notre Dame and then went on to work and retire from US Steel as a mechanical engineer. He also served his country during WWII in the 78th infantry. Bud was dedicated to raising and spending time with his family.

Funeral arrangements by BEINHAUER Peters Township 724-941-3211. Friends are welcome Wednesday from 9am till time of service at 12pm. Interment National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the: 78th Infantry postage fund, care of Red Gonzales, 104 Oak Glen Rd, Pittsburgh PA15237.
