Edward Kleid
Funeral services will be held in Alamo Funeral Chapel Tuesday at 11 a.m. for Edward (Eddie) Kleid, 76, of 123 Panama Street, who died Saturday. Kleid had served as inspector in the San Antonio Fire Department from 1920 to January 1950. A life resident of San Antonio, he was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Blue Bonnett Lodge no. 19, AP&AM, Siemering Lodge no. 32, Bermann Sons and the Fireman's Welfare Fund.
Kleid is survived by his wife, Lydia; a son, Edward R. Kleid, San Antonio; a brother, Albert C. Kleid, Temple City, California, two grandsons, Ken and Keith Kleid, and a granddaughter Kelene Kleid.
