In Gananoque Ontario, on November 9, 2006, at the age of 79. Beloved sister of Mabel (Collins), aunt of Ruth Elaine Young of St. John's and C. Robin Wright Collins of Ottawa, great-aunt to Hilary, Patrick,Emma, Brendan and Evan. Predeceased by mother Blanche (nee Howard) and father Winfred Wright. She will be missed by family, including cousins Dora Caswell, Ruth Dunbar and Lois Herman. Missed also by Gladys Brewer of Ottawa and her many friends in the Lansdowne-Gananoque area.
The family wishes to extend its appreciation to the Carveth Care Centre for their kindness and excellent care. Edna was born in Brockville May 2, 1927 and lived in Lyn, Ottawa and Lansdowne Ontario. She cared for her father for eight years in Lansdowne before his death in 1979. A memorial service will be held in the spring of 2007 with burial at Lansdowne Union Cemetery.
