Mindy Rae Johnson, newborn daughter of Curtis and Sharon Simmons Johnson of Clayton, Oklahoma passed away April 15, 1994 at Hugo, Oklahoma. She was born April 15, 1994.
Besides her parents, she is survived by her maternal grandparents, Shirley Simmons and Doug Russell of Fort Smith, Arkansas; Paternal grandmother, FayRene Johnson, of Clayton, Oklahoma; great-grand-mothers, Fay Russell of Fort Smith, Arkansas, and Trella James of Clayton, Oklahoma; an Aunt, Jeanene Johnson, of Clayton, Oklahoma; and two uncles, Mike and Steve Simmons of Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Services were held April 17 at Lighthouse Cathedral in Clayton, Oklahoma with Rev. Phillip Sharp officiating.
Burial was at Sardis Cemetery, under the direction of Clayton Funeral Home.
